The hotel offered a mesmerizing view of the lagoon but disappointed us with a 'garden view' room in the extension behind. The service was welcoming and helpful, yet a negative experience for us as black guests. The location was great, easy to access Venice and away from the crowded areas. My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had lovely furnishings, with balconies offering breathtaking views of the main islands.
