Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered a mesmerizing view of the lagoon but disappointed us with a 'garden view' room in the extension behind. The service was welcoming and helpful, yet a negative experience for us as black guests. The location was great, easy to access Venice and away from the crowded areas. Dining options were good, but limited choices. Facilities suited our needs with decent amenities.
The hotel offers a quiet escape at Lido, with easy access to water taxis and a family-friendly environment. The rooms were modest in size but clean, while the service was mixed with some excellent assistance but not consistently friendly. The dining options were varied and enjoyable, and the facilities provided a wholesome experience.
My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had lovely furnishings, with balconies offering breathtaking views of the main islands. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the dinner menu was top-notch with both European and Italian options. However, there were minor air conditioning issues at times. The location was ideal for getting around Venice and the private water taxi made it extra special, though some aspects of the service fell a bit short at times.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with lovely doors and balconies overlooking the garden area. The service was exceptional, and the location on the Island of Lido was fantastic. However, the dining could use some improvement, and the facilities could be upgraded.
The hotel offers a beautiful view over the lagoon with cool rooms thanks to the air conditioning. The service, especially from Michele, Giovani, and Sebastian, is exceptionally helpful, and the location is good although a bit far from central Venice. The dining experience is decent with nice outdoor dining options, and the hotel has a good variety for continental breakfast.
Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although small, had a bright and airy atmosphere overlooking the front garden and lagoon. The service was friendly and efficient, particularly at the restaurant. The location, while perfect for water transport, can be awkward for leaving luggage behind. The dining experience was adequate but not exceptional. The facilities offered were satisfactory, but there were some delays in service.
